Nespresso magimix mini spitting water from top

Might be the wrong forum but my nespresso magimix mini is spitting water out the top. Happens about 10 seconds after I press the lungo button. Have taken top off and no damage visible. Have cleaned brewing mechanism also. Any ideas?

By way of an update.
This ONLY leaks when a capsule is being used. If I let water flow through it without a capsule then there are no leaks at all.
I have replaced the rubber o ring also.
Anybody any ideas of how to fix? Is this the correct forum?
