    Hi,

My son is in an ipad school. Current house rules are ipad and phone have to be left downstairs from 10.00

The only reason why phone is allowed in room is so he can listen to music. He also, sometimes wants to away from rest of family and chill out in his room.

Snapchat is limited to 30 mins a day via google family link.

He has the junior cert this year, so I am concerned it's impossible for any teenager to study properly if their phone is anywhere near him?

Also there are ways around the protections on the ipad. e.g. Even though it won't let you install social media apps, you could pop open a browser and find a route to it.

Any tips in getting through this?

    Thanks
