Blow heater motor

    Hi

I have a 2014 C4 Picasso and the blow heater has stopped working. Air con still fine. Mechanic had quoted me €650 for the job. After some research, I found that the part is about €50 and it seems to be located just under the steering wheel, easy enough to access for a pro. Is he over charging?

    Thanks

Ring a few other garages and see what they quote - easiest way to figure out if it's a legit quote you've received or not.

5min google online shows UK forums mentioning £350-400 to replace the blower motor. I'd personally just call a few garages about it really.

I cant't speak for the C4 Picasso, but for most cars getting access to the heater blower is a nightmare.
