Daughter has to re register on line each year

    Not overly familiar with the above but for the past 3 years daughter has had to re register to do her tax returns, she's either told her password is incorrect or her security answers are incorrect. Has anyone else encountered these problems?.

    I had a problem a couple years back when logging in to MyAccount the normal way, I can't recall if it was telling me my DOB or my PPSN was wrong but they obviously weren't

    I then logged in via the 'MyGovID' method and haven't had any problems since with this method

    For ROS if you log in about every 6 months so doesn't kick you out and no need to re register.

    I put a reminder in phone or diary to log in in March and then no problem in October time.

    Should be 1 year and over the timelimit then annual users would have no issues.

    I suppose mainly accountants using it on daily basis, so fine for them.

    Her's says valid for 3 years!! but logging in a few times/year is probably the thing to do + via MyGovID
