Masonry screw

Is this a masonry screw.? It was in a house number on my outside wall. It had a greyish plug. He made a mess of putting it it and broke the house number. I didn't see any masonry screws in woodies all wood. I found a red plug fits the hole now but the number has very narrow holes

Thats a hammerfix screw. Works with it's own plug like the pic. Hate them.

If your using a rawlplug to fix it any time scew will do t hold the house number in like a wood screw etc.
