We are purchasing a house and there is a small piece of land that our solicitor says needs to be updated on the land registry. The sellers solicitor is going to submit an agreement to the land registry and then we will have to wait until registered before proceeding with the sale. Does anyone have any idea how long tailte…

Does anyone have any idea how long tailte Éireann are taking to process things like this at present?
