What is the recommended height range for a rider on one of these (I know it is not that simple but I know someone looking)

Good question CC. Looking at geo chart it's 178cm - 184cm which is about 5'10" - 6' 1". In reality I'd say you could start smaller but that 6' is about the upper cut off.

I should also have mentioned that it's 52/36 172.5mm and an 11-28 cassette (I think!)
