Disputing Rates Valuation

Has anyone gone to the final dispute level?

I disputed the recent valuation of the unit I rent by the valuation office, I've since had it reviewed - woman came to chat about why I thought they were wrong, we discussed the reasons, gave her examples of similar premises with lower ratings etc. She since came back offering to value at 15% less than previously. I've a mind to reject this and go to the deciding tribunal, but from what I've read, it seems to operate in a very legalistic way - something that would prob put me at a disadvantage arguing my case.

Has anyone gone to this level of appeal? How did it go?
