I'm considering applying for mobility over the next few months.
I've heard very differing processes depending on the role/no. Applicants/department..ranging from brief informal chat to full on AP competency interview. The T and Cs for mobility state something along them lines that one would be invited to conversation to discuss ones experience vs the role.
Interested to hear what others have experienced to get a more general view.
