New French Doors stuck

    Hi All

    Have a new french upvc door - just delivered a few days ago for instalation myself in a garden room.

    I just went to instal door handles which was fine thinking that then I could open the door to install barrel

    etc before I installed it.

    However the doors which were closed on delivery seem stuck. Am I missing something

    very obvious like a delivery screw holding them closed or is it probably pressure from being a little misaligned

    since it is sitting against a wall on a few 2x4's.

    Any pointers as I don't want to install and then find its faulty

    Not sure, but pull the glass out and try again - it's probably alignment and the weight reduction should help. But don't open the doors fitted with glass on the frame while it's not securely mounted, it could buckle.

    Thanks for reply - just solved it - the door was just locked and i needed to insert the barrel and

    turn the key!😄
