Gutters and down pipes

hi , just had the soffit facia and gutters done on the house This is how they connected the down pipes ? seems seriously sloppy . Would welcome any thoughts . Thanks

shocking finish ring who ever is in charge to call and fix or take the lot down and get someone that can do the job properly
