    Thought this was excellent. A tragedy I had never heard off. Ferritter was excellent outlining all the conflicts and coverups of the early state, The people there, still traumatised are long overdue a state apology.

    RTE did a one off drama called Raic shown over Christmas 1984 that was loosely based on it. All I can remember of it was a graphic opening scene where the mine they're pushing along the beach explodes and a tracking shot of mangled bodies.
