Three have discontinued the roaming 100 mins boosters for USA / CA - used to be 5 euro for 100 mins roaming in the USA but they discontinued the booster in May this year.
GoMo World app was a God send, it uses an esim and gave be 35GB of data in the USA for €19.99 was absolutely brilliant. I brought a second handset and used it to wifi tether to my other normal phone, used a vpn and wifi calling, could call and use my normal plan as if I was at home!
