Eir divert problems

    Hi, I'm wondering is anyone else experiencing landline calls divert/ forwarding issues with eir? (09/09/2024)

    I regularly divert our business landline to several different mobile headsets and recently when I tried to change the divert it would not work.

    Pressing the usual #21# to undivert the landline now results in a ringing tone on the handset ringing out after 10 rings.

    We have tried multiple handsets and all have the same results.

    I called eir customer care and they seem clueless.

    Eir seems to have disabled their customers ability to use the call divert function on their landlines and now to change the divert settings it must be done through contacting technical support which is a pain in the ass.

    Anyone else experiencing these call divert problem?
