CG1 form following sale of house

I am completing form CG1 following the sale of a house in 2023. I paid capital gains tax in 2023 and have been informed by revenue that I must now file a CG1 form. Where on the form can I include expenses incurred as a result of the acquisition and sale of the house (solicitors fees, estate agent fees)? Thanks so much for any help!

The Form CG1 is a bit odd in that it asks you to note the consideration (box 1), then the chargeable gain (box 7)

You'll have 100,000 in consideration in box 1, and 80,000 as your chargeable gain in box 7 therefore 20,000 is your deductible expenses

Between this and the fact it can be only be completed offline it's an odd form

It's ridiculous in 2024 to still be completing a pdf tax return for the cg1

The Form that Revenue provide is not even a fillable PDF, could somewhat deal with it if it was.

Plenty of software available to fill in the pdf.

But yeah now you say it that is strange as plenty of their other documents are fillable pdfs.
