Greyhound cancellation fees

Hi, I’d like to know what cancellation fees Greyhound would charge. I’ve been a customer with them for many years and the fees are getting more and more ridiculous in recent days. I know Thorntons charge 15 euro per bin as cancellation charge - quite a high charge, but at least it’s in their T&C’s and can be found easily…

Hi,
I’d like to know what cancellation fees Greyhound would charge. I’ve been a customer with them for many years and the fees are getting more and more ridiculous in recent days.

I know Thorntons charge 15 euro per bin as cancellation charge - quite a high charge, but at least it’s in their T&C’s and can be found easily on their website. For Greyhound I can’t seem to find any wording on how much they would charge.

Contact them and ask, they may also give you a discount if you threaten to leave them.
