Market Values for Commercial Renting

    Hello folks,

    Would anyone be able to guide me to where I might be able to find the average commercial rent value for properties in the various counties of Ireland, please?

    I've done a little bit of hunting myself and found a mean based on a dozen commercial properties locally, and their size -vs- rent per annum but I'm pretty sure there must be a benchmark somewhere. Is there?
