Commercial lease

    I have been renting a commercial unit for over 5 years with 5 different contracts.My lease is up soon.My landlord has contacted me to meet up in order to renew it without giving me any details.

    I was wondering if I am entitled to get a 5 year contract with a capped rent.And what increase Am I going to get?Is it based on his will or the market value?
