Just a random spoofing?

I answered a mobile call and heard a recorded or ai generated American accented message. I hung up right away. Afterwards all I remembered was the word "PayPal" and an amount of money, €600 or something.

I googled the number and it is a legitimate business in another county I have no dealings with.

Is this just your everyday fishing with a spoofed number?

Definitely spoofing. No harm in being wary but screams scam
