Options for a portable Android device that can output (downloaded) Netflix content over HDMI

Hi all, I'm looking for suggestions for a hopefully cheap-ish workable solution that will tick all of these boxes:

    • Can run Netflix
    • Can DOWNLOAD downloadable Netflix shows/movies
    • Can output through HDMI (to my pocket projector) - I realise there's a potential additional consideration regarding HDCP copyright protection (I'll not be doing anything dodgy, but I know some devices are blocked regardless).
    • Can be powered or charged through USB.

I used to be able to do all of the above from my older Sony smartphone, which is now broken, but having HDMI out seems to be less and less common these days as they all want you to use casting. I want to use this when I go camping. I'd download a few shows or movies beforehand, then watch them on the projector. There would be no wi-fi, so a cable is the way I would go. In fact, my projector ONLY has an HDMI input anyway.

    Thanks in advance!
