There are two main types of cross-head screws used in Ireland.

Philips (left) and Pozidrive (right). Each come in a range of sizes.

• PH1, PH2 and PH3 are common for Phillips
• PZ1, PZ2 and PZ3 are common for Pozidrive.

Try not to used the wrong type, or wrong size as it will wear out the screw and bit, and is more likely to slip (on bigger screws).

There are tonnes of sets, available, but this would cover you for a range of things.
