Rent Tax Credit for two children in Third Level

    Hi,

I'm sure someone else has been through this, so maybe someone out there can help :-) ….

We're married, jointly assessed, so can claim rent tax credit for 2 kids in Third Level on rent up to €5K. Relief of €1K (for each of 2022 and 2023).

However, each individual student rental (Jan - May and Sept - Dec) is less then 5K, even though the total rent between both for the year is way over that.

Online on Revenue it seems only possible to enter the details for one rental agreement. You can't go back and enter a second one.

Any idea how to get around this? Do I need to describe it in an email for Revenue, or can it be done via the manual form?

    Many thanks!
