    Is obtaining a copy instrument for purpose of selling a property complicated . would it take a long time.sorry if I have posted in the wrong forum

    What kind of instrument are we talking about and who are you hoping to obtain a copy from?

    Certified Copy Instruments-

    A purchaser for value can rely on the folio as evidence of title without having to read the title deeds. The title documents are subsequently filed in the Land Registry in a file known as an “Instrument”.
