Can't Access Router Settings Page - 192.168.0.1

Hi guys.

I've tried calling Virgin Media but closed until tomorrow. Tried looking online for solutions but still no luck. Did a factory reset, didn't work. When I type in 192.168.0.1, all I get is:

It's the same on my computer, phone and other computers in the house. I've looked at System Settings (WiFi) on my Mac but not sure what I'm looking for. I'm typing in the correct number as it says the router number at the bottom of the router and in my System Settings. I tried on Safari and Google Chrome. Same result.

Can anyone help?

Can ou check in your WiFi connection settings what the default gateway is?

Alternatively you could try 192.168.100.1

Try rebooting the router and try again.

Looks like the in built Web server has fallen over.

If that doesn't work you might need to factory reset.

I've already done a factory reset. That didn't work.

Actually I now have this sorted! It was simply a case of rebooting. I had done a factory reset and thought it would be similar to a reboot so didn't originally bother with a reboot. Did one today and it's working now. Thanks a million.
