The LOs and short courses seem straightforward enough. But how is work divided amongst regular teachers in a school. Do they just differentiate material in the everyday JC subject for that student?

JCT website has lots of resources for planning L2LP, and linking your subject to L2LP LO (https://www.jct.ie/l2lp/planning_resources#GenericSubjectLinkseditable). Differentiate what your doing in class to meet the students needs, but also gather evidence to show that the student has achieved the learning outcomes- this can be photos, videos, worksheets etc.
