Figure out how much materials you will need and all the prices are online.

Is not clear (to me at least) what it is you are actually trying to do?

Turn 1 (huge!) room into 3 rooms? add a partition to each of 3 rooms? something else?

/edit Are you saying that you want to redo all the walls in each of those rooms? If so, I am guessing that some of the walls are common walls between rooms, so thats only 1 wall rather than 2.

Hi redo the all 3 rooms reparation. Take down all 3 rooms partition and redo it completely new. How much it could cost for 3 rooms reparation?

I guess it would depend on why you want to do it?

If there is some problem that you are fixing, then the cost will need to include this, if you just want nice new walls, then you can just skim or overboard and skim, you dont need new partitions.

Only for 3 rooms with new insulated partition? Or it's include new doors with locks also?

What's no good? The finish on the existing boards or the structure of the walls themselves?

How are you determining the the existing walls are no good? Doing what you are proposing is very disruptive to the entire house.

I'd be thinking closer to 10k.

Removal and disposing old slab and stud.

    Install new plasterboard and stud.

    Replaster 3 rooms.
