    Question

    How would you recommend repairing the bobbly looking plaster board and the holes shown in the attached, please?

    Background

    I had to take out an internal windowsill due to water damage*. The wall around the window also received some water damage. The source of the problem is fixed now and everything is dry.

    *it was an mdf windowsill in a bathroom. Go figure.

    The plaster beading is rusted and the plaster damaged. I'd remove those remaining reveals completely and replaster it using fresh insulated plasterboard. You'll easily get 32mm insulated plasterboard in there. It's a bit of a job though…

    Partel website or ecological building systems would be a good start for detailing around the windows for airtightness and thermal bridging
