Di2 Battery Drain Issue - BT-DN300

    Hi Folks

    Wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue with battery drain on the above. Couple of months ago I had one replaced under shimano warranty - it was 11 months old and showed and error code when tested at the LBS. The replacement seems to be showing similar behaviour, waiting on word back from the LBS to see if its the same thing again.

    Wondering if its a me problem.

    Have you connected it to the etube amp to update firmware and make any adjustments? If so then you to ensure you 'disconnect' the app from the system.

    thanks luxman, had done all the software updates etc, but was still happening.

    Took it to LBS, and unfortunately the diagnostic tests haven't shown anything up.

    I think there is definitely something wrong, as I got it back two weeks ago, and the battery is flat, I've done 60km in that time.

    Cyclesuperstore (and others) are a registered Shimano service centre. Have you tried one of them?
