Buying direct from Lenovo

I am currently looking at the Legion Pro 7i or even the normal 7i and with sales and reduced pricing I'm tempted to pick one up. However there is overflowing amount of negative reviews regarding them. The complaint seem to target customer support when things doesn't go right.

Their laptops are well priced for the spec you can get and their products are generally well received.

Has anyone bought from them recently? What are the general experience.
