Previously, all registered users gained full access to the Current Affairs forum immediately after registering on Boards.

Effective immediately, the following changes have been made:

    1. Users get read-only access to Current Affairs immediately after registering on Boards. Users can read any thread and thank posts.
    2. Users will get posting privileges (both commenting on existing threads and creating new threads) once BOTH of the following conditions are met:
      1. The user has at least 50 posts
      2. The user has been a member of Boards for at least 7 days

Posting privileges will automatically be granted once a user meets the required criteria, they do not need to be requested or applied for.

If anyone believes they meet the criteria, but have not gained posting privileges, please open a thread in Help Desk.
