Car hire- learner permits

    Hi all,

    Just posting to ask are there any rental companies who rent to someone with a learner permit, naturally one who has a full licence holder with them at all times in the car, so I am not asking about anything illegal. I understand its an insurance limitation, not a legal one. The idea would be for both of them to drive but switch to share. Thanks
