Faulty Apple Watch Trade-in

Hi, my Apple Watch Series 6 44mm recently got wet and the screen failed. The watch is alive but the screen is dead. I’d like to buy an Ultra 2 but I was wondering if any of the refurbishment companies take faulty Apple Watches as trade-ins.
