    Hi Folks,

We work in a company in Greenogue Industrial Estate in Rathcoole. TNT delivered a Box to the wrong address, not the first time either, I've done what I can sending requests to customer service but no joy. Delivery was made last Friday, coming from Co. Clare .

Can anyone give me a number that I can contact about this. Its a very important delivery…

    Many thanks

You could try the number on this page https://www.tnt.com/express/en_ie/site/support.html

Thanks for that but I got no where and actually tried that yesterday. You get through to a woman thats actually AI bot…

And she basically told me to contact the sender, yes we did all the obvious, the Driver is the one at fault here but that not in their algorithm !! Drivers don't make mistakes, deliberate ones at that….

If anyone has a number that has humanity on the other side, would be great,….world has gone mad

Honestly, you'd be better contacting the sender. They have the contract with TNT, not you.

the sender doesn't seem to be doing much to help….They cant understand it…..

As said, this is the senders problem as that is who YOU have the contract with. It's up to the sender to arrange proper delivery to you. They will know this and are just trying to fob you off.

    Didn't TNT merge with Fedex?

But 100% get the sender to chase it. They most likely have an account manager who in turn can contact the delivery depot who then can contact the driver.
