AIB app not displaying correctly , just me?

    Motorola Edge 30 Neo Android 14. Just the Settings page, but couldn't find a way to add a new payee, had to do it through Chrome. See pic and how version number appears on top of "Security and access ' but all parts of app are displaying"Skewed "

    You can't add permanent payee through app I think (open to correction, I certainly don't see the option in my AIB app). You can either select payees you have added before or only once off payment payee in the app.

    You either add a payee on machine in branch or on laptop. Aib Internet banking sucks

    Good adding payee is an arse,

    BUT BUT anybody else seeing the graphic elements ""skewed" like an old TV with faulty horizontal hold

    PS Seems like the skewed display is a known Android issue. I reinstalled,and all ok, and as it was a known phone there was no subsequent Security routine to go through.😮‍💨

    Update; the first time I used app after new install,it displayed correctly, now it's back to being "askew" again.

    It just can't be my phone only!

    Been in touch with AIB they seem to think it's my problem , the skewed graphic elements

    So nobody else has this issue,

    or the security warning you get when you move from PIN entry page to. Accounts view 😒😒

    Mine was wonky earlier too.

    I went out of the app and signed in on Chrome instead. All was fine.

    You're not alone. Happens on my A50, usually when I click into a transaction, it's skewed, about 1mm high and unreadable.

    They finally added push notifications to the app when you receive a payment after saying it cant be done for years, worked great for a month but now when you click the notification to see what you received it opens a page thats all skewed so the payment amount is off-screen so you still have to go into the app anyway, such a pile of sh1t excuse for a bank.

    The majority of people who trade shares in this country use Degiro, or thousands of people do anyway, its headquartered in Germany so theres no way to make it a permanent payee in your account, you have to get out your little cardreader every time you want to transfer cash to your brokerage account, €9999 max transfer per go aswell, its so pathetic.

    S21 Ultra here and random parts of the app don't display properly, I just switched my cc to AIB too and my god has that been painful my card seems to get blocked every 4 or 5 transactions requiring a phone call to get going again as the SMS response doesn't get acknowledged for hours.

    I have Samsung (IMHO Best browser having used Brave for years, Best feature is quick access to favorite settings, also has decent adblock) as my default browser. It might not skewed if I set Chrome as default browse

    Then again I can live with it, don't use it that much 😴🤧

    Skewed for me too on the mobile app. I have to move money between different accounts to make payments now as I can't click on the top acct to pay a bill. Happened a few months ago and was resolved after an update.

    Click just above the second account and it'll select the first one, had to do this today

    skewed for me too, and to approve online payments, the pop up comes and disappears before i can confirm it.

    Solution for "skewed" AIB App, buy a Pixel. Just had a friend, Pixel 6A, open the AIB app, no skewing, or wandering elements

    Skewed for me too a couple of weeks ago (new Samsung Galaxy 24). I contacted AIB online chat, suggested solution from them, as you'd expect was, uninstall the App, then reinstall the App, it worked and after about four or five days became skewed again….rinse, repeat, suggested solution

    pixel 6A owner here and mine is also skewed, another issue is that you cant search for transactions as the search button only brings up the date picker
