So any time I make threads in the After Hours Forum it gets banned or put into another post someone else made – AMKC

all the thanks I ask for is someone to help me understand why despite having their very own thread AMKC continues to avoid it unabated – ex mod

More poasters might be inclined to chime in to that thread if it got off the ground, but A hasn’t embraced it at all really, so could it be that:

If one is not the OP of an eponymous thought space, in ponder terms this could feel akin to being expected to wear some other pilgrim’s sodden yoga gear & knickers when going to the gym! 😬

If so, I suggest a fine-tune:- repurpose an existing thread where s/he is the op and change its title or maybe even better @AMKC opens an all-new, self-titled ponder mega-thread?

It might blossom then?

I'm not sure what you're suggesting but, based on the mind melting thoughts that they post, it's hardly going to gain any traction other than deriding or undermining the OP. Best to leave them be, in my opinion.

The idea is A might use just the one mega-thread for all the different ideas that s/he comes up with if s/he is the opening poster.

The query of - first trans pregnancy on Mars Vs on the moon thread got a good deal of traction for example.

Versus how many that didn't get traction? Who would want to wade through a thread of word salad/random thoughts to get to anything interesting?
