Seems if you add to your favourites and then add to basket from there it works (I used desktop version of site on my mobile)

Yeah I haven't been able to add the one from the link in OP to basket, and it's showing as 17.50, pharmacy item (hence the questionnaire) and no free gift to me either, and that's on desktop website, boots app, and boots website on phone browser

Super odd, are you using a computer or the desktop version of the website on your phone? Doesn't work with the app or mobile version.

Idiocy. I walk out when I'm getting asked those impertinent questions asked by pharmacists with narrow eyes and that's common in Boots. If it's not a prescription drug I expect to be able to buy it straight in exchange for my money, no questions asked. And I'm not talking about friendly advice, which is fine, but all that inquisitive questioning, particularly in times of all the knowledge available to any customer with internet access.[/vent off]
