We are building a house at the moment & we’re at the stage of pricing windows. The first company we rang have told us we have to go with the style of window on drawings submitted to council. The thing is we don’t particularly like the style. They are casement with small top openings. We’d prefer just one side opening. The actual size of window will be as per drawings. There are no conditions re windows attached to our planning. Is this right?
