Cleaning Plastic/vinyl travel bags and Teflon ridged pans.

Clearing out the attic this week, somehow I have two of those pans and a handful of what I think are plastic bags(think basic kit bag style but not canvas)

The pan looks like it has something stuck to it and some white specks on it, Does anyone have any ideas on how to clean these? They have been through the dishwasher but this was the result anyway.

God knows what's on the bags, dust and scuffs from being on the top shelves on trains etc, what do ppl recommend to get as many stains as possible off?

Am hoping to get these as clean as possible as I want to give them to a charity once they are stain free.

A photo of the pans would help but I find the Pink Stuff cleaning cream excellent at pot washing. It's not too abrasive so shouldn't damage the surface.

As for the bags start with warm water and wash up liquid, soak and maybe use a soft brush or cloth to remove stains. You may find that the plastic has become brittle, particularly if the attic got very hot, and it's not worth the effort.
