Removing pressure washer hose

My Lidl pressure washer hose sprung a leak and needs to be replaced - looked very straightforward, but when I tried an Allen key in the middle of the bolt shown in the picture, it didn't budge, and now I think it's rounded, so the Allen key just spins. Any thoughts on how I might get this hose off? The replacement hose is probably not much less than what I paid for the machine, but I hate contributing to throw away culture (in hindsight, I probably should have bought a better machine in the first place!).
