I'm now hearing stories stating Olaplex has caused hair loss etc., just wondering how true those stories are and how others have found…

I'm now hearing stories stating Olaplex has caused hair loss etc., just wondering how true those stories are and how others have found using it? There are so many conflicting statements online.

I've to get my hair done soon so will need the Olaplex boost, or if there are better alternatives please let me know!
