Hi, Has anyone used the site successfully? trying to do covering certs, coming back with no records found.. Spent over an hour waiting on phone to them yesterday, when got through, told a glitch in system. Thanks

I tried yesterday to name and change of ownership. Downloaded forms to Microsoft but could not type in the appropriate fields. Very annoying. Not user friendly
