But they are mostly used as a tool to get off of cigarettes.

I'd say it's majorly getting kids addicted to nicotine unfortunately , their use is endemic now

And the kids are changing up to cigarettes which is worse again

They also serve a purpose for switching from fags obviously too

Big tobacco bought the vape companies and used them about as well as they possibly could. Should be used as a way to get off fags but the most common use is a fashion accessory for 14 year olds. I doubt they're all trying to quit smoking. They will be though. The sooner the disposable vapes are banned, the better.
