Plugs/grommets for "50mm" ESB rigid ducting and twinwall 50/63

I've a few bits of ducting sticking out of the ground, of two types:

"50mm" ESB rigid duct - internal diameter of about 41mm
50/63 twinwall duct - internal diameter of about 51mm

Is there a "proper" way to plug these so they don't collect rainwater, rather than just using duct tape? I'm imagining a plastic plug that I can drill through to create a grommet for the cable.

I don't even know what to google. Tube plug? Duct grommet? End stop?

End Cap would be the electrical term for pipework etc. anyhow
