Tucson Booster Pump Noise

    Hi guys,

looking for some help here. I’ve recently built a house and have a Tucson MP45 modulating booster pump in my utility room.

Just this evening it started making a noise when starting up, it would then eventually begin to run as normal. It’s the “revving up” noise of the booster pump that’s new.

I noticed the water flow in the shower furthest away from the pump went weak for a minute when I was in it early but came back. All seems to be working fine but this noise I don’t think is normal.

Water tanks full in the attic. Will revert to the plumber soon if it doesn’t resolve itself but just wondering if anyone has ever come across this? Pump not even 2 months old.

    Thanks.

I am having the same issue. Have you had any luck resolving it? Getting a hold of the plumber isn’t easy so if I could do it myself that would be great. Thanks!
