Does anyone know of someone who failed to pass the FAI from Chartered Accountants Ireland 3 times? Did they get the opportunity to sit the exam a 4th time?

I know someone who has the pressure of the 3rd attempt coming up this summer so I was wondering what the consequences are if someone fails the FAE 3 times?
