Cost of adding a window

I'm wondering if anyone would be able to give a rough idea on cost of adding a window to a upstairs bathroom. This is a small terraced house in Central dublin built in the 1920s. The bathrooms were originally out the back in most houses and were incorporated into an extension downstairs by most people and eventually people added a bathroom upstairs, either by using the box room or reducing the size of the larger bedroom and creating a small bathroom. We did this a couple of years ago and decided at the time not to bother with a window. However we feel its needed for light and ventilation. I have attached a picture to give an idea of whats required from another house that had the same done. Any idea of cost? Thank you

You will find it hard to get a builder for a small job. Are you any way handy? Its not a massive or difficult job. Expose the block work and mark the cut. You'll need a lintel. Look at youtube for guides . To diy it id say 1200-1500. For a builder.7-8k. You dont need to go for such a big window. A narrow long window would make more sense. Or just a decent extractor.
