    Hi All,

Do you have any recommendations for a reliable mechanic in the Maynooth area ( or say within 5-10 miles or so) for Audi A3 Diesel 161?

Just for regular servicing and brake pads etc.

    Thanks.

Any garage will be reliable for basic servicing and brake pads.

I dont agree to be honest, I need someone that uses the correct oil/decent parts, fair prices and when a woman walks in, €€€ dont appear in front of their eyes.

I've used ADF in the business park a few times and found them very good. Admittedly that's on a petrol car, I'm not sure on the differences between petrol and diesel for services.

The only downside is the half hour walk back into town. They do offer car collection and dropoff but that always seems booked out weeks in advance.

    Hi Electric Nitwit,

    Thanks for the reply.

Boyle Motors in Lucan are very good.

I've used a Polish crew called Leixlip car service and found them good to do deal with. They are not far from Maynooth.

    Hi All,

    Thank you for your help.

She got the brakes done in JM Motors and was happy with the customer service.
