Streaming Live TV legal options

I know in the States YouTube run a TV service which sounds very handy.

Are there any legal streaming TV services likely to come that will include terrestrial channels and not require a contract?

I watched the EuroVision on YouTubes streaming service. They were also streaming the Republican convention, if thats your thing.

There are plenty of legal streaming services. Right now Im watching Star Trek via Amazon Prime.

Technically speaking the RTE Player is a streaming service, but unfortunately its a pile of shite and only works half the time. If that often.
