I am selling a non PPR property which has never been let. The sale price has been agreed at €300,000. Because the purchaser intends

letting it asap he wants the sale price to include all the contents - beds, tables, chairs, white goods etc. and that suits me also.

We have agreed a valuation of €7500 for the contents and that is included in the Sale Price of €300,000

My question relates to the Sale price for the CGT calculation is it €300,000 or €292,500

    What does your sol say?

I'd say the house is worth 292,500, and it's the house that is subject to CGT, so use the 292,500 value.
