Costello Windows Glin Arbitration Process

    Hello all

    5 years on from my 11 Window and 1 Door installation by Costello Windows, 3 of the 4 windows don't open upstairs as well as no seal around inside frames apart from expandable foam.

    They dug out a complete window sill and scraped off the plaster off the others to open them. Then walked off and left it.

    Has anyone gone to court or Arbitration with these people? Any help or advice would be welcome as they are neglecting to remedy the mismeasurement issue and replace the windows. They want me to get my builder to dig out inside window sills, which are about 1 1/2 to 2ft ft wide so that they don't have to cough up for new windows!! A disaster of a company!!
